I received a lot of unexpected praise today during a session with my coaching mentor.

She said I really supported the client to express her thoughts, held the space gently, noted shifts in energy, and reflected back the most important thoughts and feelings to enable the client to arrive at a point from which she could move forward.

So this was good hygiene in my coaching practice and makes me feel more confident in working with clients.

It feels good to have this ability and skill to support, be present, and take part in someone else's personal growth.
