Another portrait. Two Arri tungsten lights, one at 90° with a softbox and one at 45° without, but aiming at the hair. No gels this time. There was also a reflector but I forgot to move it for this pose so it's kind of irrelevant.

Spent most of the day yesterday cleaning out & reclaiming 1/4 of the basement. I can now see and use the pool table!

Stocked a fridge with soda, beer, and film this morning. Still need to redo the ceiling tiles, and then it’s on to the next (harder) quarter. #BelieveInFilm #filmphotography

One film, one digital from nighttime on the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland last weekend. Film shot is Pentax 67, 105mm f/2.4 lens, CineStill 400D pushed two stops to 1600, ECN-2 development. The digital shot was made with the Fujifilm GFX-100s and the Fujifilm 120mm f/4 lens at ISO 3200.

: Вперше в житті я потрапила в антикварні магазини вже в Америці. Чомусь молодша дитина їх дуже полюбляла. Він взагалі ще той thrifter. Але потім і я почала час від часу заходити, є в них щось заворожуюче.
Мене завжди дивують дві речі.
Перше , що, знаходячись за приблизно 8,000 км від Харкова, я бачу там речі, знайомі з дитинства. Ось в’язана серветка майже з таким візерунком, як любила вʼязати моя бабуся. Ось комод, дуже схожий на той, що стояв у неї в хаті. А ось тарілки, не ідентичні, але дуже близькі.
А друге, це побачити там предмети, які я ще вважаю сучасними. Але вони вже потихеньку перекочовують у розряд антикваріату. І це дуже дивне відчуття.
