#Ripple, a shitcoin pump and dump company convicted of massive securities law violations, buying a tradfi ("traditional finance") prime broker is a perfect example of the crypto industry making big moves to take over and integrate with america's existing financial system in a way that will be very hard if not impossible to unravel.

All of the money for this corporate takeover came from dumping Ripple's #XRP tokens on retail suckers.

Also Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse was one of the 2024 election's biggest donors.

My 2 cents for the normie board & maybe the fascism-deniers in your life. I firmly believe that the billionaire's long-term plan is a technofeudalism & fascism is the tool they're using to get there.

The goal is to send us back to feudalism. Trump may not know that, but his handlers do.

Democratic Senator #RubenGallego (#Arizona) did a $5,000 a plate dinner with broligarch /Nerd Reich billionaire #MarcAndreessen and Matt Yglesias at the same time as #AOC and #BernieSanders were doing their recent rally in #Tucson.

The US Congress has been captured by the industry on both sides, not just the Republicans. Gallego was one of the largest recipients of the money laundering industry's - sorry, i mean "the crypto industry's" - financial support in the 2024 election. He's a disaster for the country.

surprise, surprise: Trump gave #DavidSacks (pro #Putin, anti-#Ukraine All In Podcast broligarch and America's "crypto & AI czar") a waiver on any and all financial conflicts of interest that could result from Sacks using taxpayer money to enrich himself by investing in his crypto & AI scams.

(i will note that Sacks claims to have divested himself of his crypto investments but i find it impossible to believe he isn't at least indirectly financially exposed to the crypto market)

Remember, it was Sacks who helped propose the #StrategicCryptoReserve which proposed that US taxpayers invest in the same 5 cryptocurrencies held by Sacks's company #Bitwise.
